for candida Tupini, Rome 20th century
"Rothschild" model, decorated in polychrome on a white background. Composed of: 13 flat plates, 6 soup plates, 12 fruit plates, 16 cocottes, 14 cups with lid and 11 plates, marked under the base. The decoration name is due to the family of Baron Rothschild, who became a promoter in 1860, referring to the necklace on a branch, which the baroness Rothschild believed lost, but then was found in the garden guarded by two birds on the branch of a tree.
