oval shape, body decorated with snakes and mythological figures, central stem naturalistic pattern, two handles with engraved coats of arms, resting on four masks shaped feet, cut crystal ampoules with silver mounts, box of a later age bearing the inscription 'H.M.S. Cavendish Launched 12th April 1944', slight defects Provenance. gift on the occasion of the launch of the destroyer by the duchess Mary of Buccleuch, peso 1075 gr.
